- Custom Items: As custom products are tailored specifically to each order, they are generally non-returnable. However, if there’s a mistake on our part, we are committed to resolving the issue.
Errors and Defects
- Our Mistakes: If the coaster you receive has an error that we made (e.g., incorrect engraving, damaged item), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and availability.
- Shipping Issues: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide photos of the damage and the packaging within 30days. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Customer Changes
- Incorrect Information: If you realize there was a mistake in the custom details you provided (e.g., misspelled name, wrong design), please let us know as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been processed, we can make changes. Once production starts, we cannot make alterations.
